Drill Straight Holes Every Time with This Adjustable Drilling Locator
You're trying to drill a hole and the bit wanders off center again. You're frustrated because crooked holes ruin your project and waste good wood. This locator helps you drill perpendicular holes for furniture assembly, edge joints, and surface connections without needing a drill press.
This drilling guide clamps onto your workpiece and holds your drill bit steady at a ninety degree angle. The 0.64 inch hexagonal shaft fits into both corded and cordless drills plus impact drivers. Move the adjustable fence along guide rods to position holes exactly where you need them on edges or surfaces.
It handles drill bits up to one inch in diameter through the standard opening. The base includes laser engraved centerlines that show you exactly where your hole will land. Guide rods are drilled and tapped into all four edges of the base so you can extend the fence in any direction.
The body construction stays rigid during drilling and resists rust from workshop moisture. Two center pins store right in the base when you're not using them. One column cap has a built in hex bit that tightens the pins by screwing them into the bottom of the base.
- HEXAGONAL SHAFT CONNECTION: The 0.64 inch hex shaft fits corded drills, cordless drills, and impact drivers for versatile power tool compatibility.
- ONE INCH BIT CAPACITY: Accepts standard drill bits up to one inch wide through the main opening for common woodworking hole sizes.
- FOUR DIRECTION FENCE ADJUSTMENT: Guide rods tapped into all four base edges let you expand the adjustable fence in any direction needed.
- LASER ENGRAVED CENTERLINES: Precision marked lines on the base show exact hole placement before you start drilling into your workpiece.
- BUILT IN STORAGE PINS: Two center pins stay secured inside the base when not in use keeping all components together between projects.
- INTEGRATED HEX BIT CAP: One column cap contains a hex bit that tightens pins by screwing them into threaded holes in the base bottom.
- MULTIPLE JOINT APPLICATIONS: Works for edge joints, surface drilling, T shaped connections, and L shaped assemblies in furniture and carpentry projects.
