Stretch Tight Feet and Calves More Easily with This Foot Rocker
You stand up after sitting all day and sharp tightness shoots through your arch. You're hobbling around trying to loosen up, but every step reminds you how stiff everything feels down there. This rocker helps you stretch your plantar fascia and calves during morning wake ups or after long walks.
This stretcher holds your foot at a fixed angle while you rock gently back and forth. Step onto the textured platform with one foot, press down slowly, and hold for 20 to 30 seconds per side. The curved bottom lets you shift your weight to control how deep the stretch goes.
It measures 13.5 inches long and 5.2 inches wide, fitting shoe sizes from 6 to 13. The platform sits 4 inches high at the peak angle, creating a controlled position for your foot. The textured surface grips your sole and stops sliding during each stretch.
The molded construction stays planted on tile, wood, or carpet without wobbling or tipping over. Raised ridges across the footbed massage your arch while you hold each position. It weighs 1.8 pounds and slides under desks or beside your nightstand for quick daily use.
- FIXED ANGLE PLATFORM: Holds your foot at a controlled position targeting tight fascia and tendon areas during morning or evening stretches.
- TEXTURED FOOTBED GRIP: Raised patterns across the surface keep your foot stable and prevent forward or sideways slipping during holds.
- ROCKING BASE CONTROL: Curved bottom lets you shift weight forward or back to adjust stretch intensity without changing foot placement.
- WIDE STABLE DESIGN: The 13.5 inch platform stays planted on hard floors and carpets without wobbling during use or storage.
- BUILT IN ARCH RIDGES: Molded bumps along the footbed stimulate pressure points and increase blood flow while you hold each stretch.
- COMPACT UNDER FURNITURE: Measures 13.5 by 5.2 by 4 inches and weighs 1.8 pounds fitting easily beside beds or desks.
- FITS MOST ADULT SIZES: Accommodates men's and women's shoe sizes from 6 to 13 with spacious platform for wider feet.
