You're tracing cables through a wall and can't tell which one goes where. You're testing connections one by one, wasting time on guesswork and wrong turns. This tester helps you identify network and telephone lines quickly during installations, repairs, or system upgrades.

The receiver plugs into RJ45 network jacks or RJ11 phone jacks and sends a signal down the line. The transmitter picks up that signal and shows connection status through sequence lights and audio tones. You adjust the volume on the included earphone to hear feedback clearly in loud spaces.

It tests both network and telephone cables through dedicated RJ45 and RJ11 adapters. The sequence lights show polarity and connection order when you run tests. The crocodile clips attach to bare wires for DC level detection and electrode testing.

The built in LED flashlight lights up dark crawl spaces, ceilings, or server racks while you work. The manual switch toggles between testing modes and activates the proofreading function for line verification. The single button operation keeps things simple when you're holding cables and tools at the same time.
