Move More Freely with These Precut Kinesiology Tape Strips

Your knee starts aching mid workout and you're stuck choosing between stopping or pushing through the discomfort. You can't keep missing training sessions, but bulky braces feel restrictive and get in the way. These precut strips help stabilize your knee during runs, gym sessions, and daily activities without limiting your range of motion.

The cotton blend stretches up to 150 percent of its original length and moves with your knee as you bend, squat, or run. The elastic adhesive layer bonds to your skin and holds through sweat and movement.

The breathable cotton blend lets air reach your skin during extended wear. The strips come precut so you skip measuring and cutting before each use. You get 10 ready strips in black, pink, blue, or beige that fit standard knee applications.

The adhesive backing peels away cleanly and sticks directly to clean, dry skin around your knee joint. The material flexes through full knee bends without bunching or peeling at the edges. Each strip works for running, cycling, hiking, or strength training sessions where you need extra joint stability.

PRECUT READY STRIPS: Ten strips come sized at 1.4 by 9 inches with rounded edges eliminating prep time before application.
150 PERCENT STRETCH: The elastic cotton blend extends to one and a half times its resting length matching natural knee movement patterns.
BREATHABLE COTTON CONSTRUCTION: Air passes through the woven cotton material preventing moisture buildup during extended training sessions and daily wear.
FOUR COLOR CHOICES: Pick from black, pink, blue, or beige options to match your gear or blend with your skin tone.
PEEL AND STICK APPLICATION: The backing layer removes in one motion exposing the adhesive surface for direct skin contact without tools.
MULTI ACTIVITY SUPPORT: The strips work for running routes, cycling rides, gym workouts, hiking trails, and everyday movement requiring knee stability.
